Summertime

Hello there! We've been really busy writing new material and we've got over 20 songs ready!!!! Still we are pushing ourselves to write more new tunes so that we will have as much material as possible to start compiling and recording our next album. We have travelled to countryside to write new material and it has been a really good decision. When you are at the peaceful countryside the creativity is at its best. Of course we brought Klaus Schäfer with us and he is really excited of our new songs and the upcoming summer as you can see from the picture below ;)

By the way we are playing only one summer festival this summer in Simerock @ Rovaniemi. So remember to be there! We will play new songs there so we are really looking forward to introduce something new!!!!

Take care!

Hello there!

Me and Junior decided to double the rhythm guitar parts to some of our demos which we had recorded in Mankku studios last weekend. So basically we went to our rehearsal cave with Junior's laptop, pre-amps and mics and made a simple setup:

Since we had played other guitar parts in Mankku with my Engl Screamer amp we decided to add something different to the combined sound. We set up Hughes&Kettner Statesman DUAL EL34 head to create more brutal noise to the mix:

The H&K sounded awesome with my Engl cabinet and so we started to record. It didn't take long to get the tracks done. We managed to get decent sounds so we decided to call it a day when all 3 songs were ok.

Here's a pic for you with our mixerman Junior dressed in a rather flamboyant jacket ;)

Have a good week you all!!!
Best regards,
Madu & JR
